To create a structured statewide platform for civic education, community engagement, youth development, environmental responsibility, cultural expression and constructive dialogue between citizens and stakeholders.

Environmental work-walk

OK Chinda Green Rivers Project

A statewide mobilisation unlike the usual political outing. Rivers people will march in solidarity with Rt. Hon. OK Chinda — and leave the environment cleaner than they met it.

Structured media

Radio & Television Sensitisation

A coordinated broadcast programme on issues affecting Rivers people and a grant press at intervals before, during and after the electioneering period.

Trade & community

Market Sensitisation

Markets are important community centres. Dedicated programmes will take the candidate to local market men and women.

Campus chapters

Tertiary Institutions Sensitisation

A Rivers Students Engagement Programme centred on capacity building and human capital development.

Three senatorial districts

Town Hall Meetings

Town halls across Rivers West, Rivers East and Rivers South East where residents can discuss issues affecting their communities.

Culture as unity

Rivers Unity Dance Competition

Culture used as a tool for unity — and to detribalise the campaign. The aim is to make OK Chinda a Pan-Rivers figure rather than a candidate of any single ethnicity.

Digital civic space

Online Competitions

Regular digital competitions to encourage creativity among young Rivers residents, with live video sessions on Facebook and TikTok and prizes to be won.
