The campaign is led by Mrs Limpya Ken-Baranago as Director General. Rivers First Initiative is chaired by Ipalibo Wisdom, with Kelechi Omano as Legal Adviser and Endurance Reuben as Spokesperson.

Rivers State is in need of a technocrat with a wealth of experience to champion the course of a Pan-Rivers State. OK Chinda is the choice of Rivers people, and he will serve the state with the fear of God and love for mankind.
